Thank you for using Seedance2VideoGen. This Refund Policy explains when a purchase can be refunded and how to request it.

1. Eligibility Requirements

A refund is available only when all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The request is made within 3 calendar days of purchasing the plan.
  2. The account has used fewer than 40 credits from that purchase.

If either condition is not met, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.

2. Credit Usage Threshold

If your used credits are greater than 40, the purchase is not refundable under any circumstance, regardless of how much time has passed since payment.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided in these situations:

  1. The request is submitted after the 3-day window.
  2. Used credits are 40 or more.
  3. Abuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected on the account.
  4. Issues caused by third-party network, device, browser, or user-side operations that are outside our control.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@seedance2videogen.com with:

  1. Your account email.
  2. Your order ID or payment reference.
  3. A short description of your request.

We may request additional details to verify eligibility.

5. Processing

If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank, and may take several business days.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page.
