1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using seedance2videogen.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is an online platform that utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate videos based on user inputs. The Service relies on third-party AI models (e.g., Seedance).

Disclaimer: You acknowledge that AI technology is experimental and evolving. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or that the generated results will meet your specific artistic expectations.

3. Accounts and Credits

  • Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • Credits (Points): The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased via third-party payment gateways.
  • No Refunds for AI Outputs: Due to the subjective nature of art and the computational costs involved in AI generation, all credit purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for "unsatisfactory" generations unless caused by a verified system failure (e.g., the video failed to render entirely).

4. User Content and Conduct

A. Ownership

You retain all rights to the text prompts and images you upload ("Input"). Subject to the terms of our AI providers, you own the video content generated by the Service ("Output").

B. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to generate content that:

  1. Is illegal, defamatory, pornographic, or obscene.
  2. Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
  3. Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  4. Depicts real persons without their consent (Deepfakes).

Enforcement: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Seedance2VideoGen and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Seedance2VideoGen, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
